Camel has been manufacturing flasks in Hong Kong since 1940, the third-generation owner wanted to breathe new life into the brand and increase their retail points outside of Hong Kong. We created a new narrative and aesthetic for the brand via new graphics, copywriting and a new content strategy.
With the implementation of the new social media content and strategy, we saw a change in the demographic with a clear increase in the 25-35 bracket, as well as increased interest in Taiwan, Japan and Australia. The retainer project has seen a massive increase in digital and online presence.
In addition to handling their digital marketing, Zong1 has also been an integral part of reforming Camel's products with market research and working closely with product designers to bring in a new era of Camel products.

restaurant
one-thirtyone was established in 2000 and had relied on traditional media 2020, when the restaurant began to struggle massively and we were assigned to create a digital presence for the restaurant to drive more business to the establishment.
Zong1 launched a brand new website and social media platforms with new photography and content. As a result, reservations at the restaurant went by 150%, in addition, it drove additional wedding and event bookings (during the pandemic).
